Heriberto Montoya, born in Mexico on March 16, 1936, peacefully passed away on March 8, 2025, surrounded by love. The beloved son of Jesus Montoya and Celedonia Ocampo, Heriberto moved to San Diego, California, where he resided for 45 years, building a life rooted in hard work and community.
A dedicated and humble individual, Heriberto worked as a busser in a local restaurant for 35 years, where he was known for his unwavering commitment and kind spirit. A man of deep Catholic faith, Heriberto's life was guided by love, service, and devotion.
Heriberto is survived by his two sons, Raymundo Montoya and Raymundo F. Montoya, who carry forward his legacy of kindness and integrity. He will be remembered for his humility, his faith, and the light he brought to all who knew him.
