Hiram Velez, Jr. born on May 16, 1949 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to parents Hiram Velez and Carmen Cebollero entered into rest on May 06, 2020 in San Diego, California. A resident of San Diego for over 41 years. A respected and Loving son, brother, friend, uncle, husband and father. He worked as Sergeant Correctional Officer for the County of San Diego. He married his love Rosalva Gomez Velez and together raised a family of four children. It is evident that he will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace.
