Hui-Chang Chen's Obituary
Hui Chang Chen was born in China in 1955. He was the youngest of 8 siblings. He immigrated to the United States in 1985 and started a family of his own. He always had an entrepreneurial and adventurous spirit. He loved to travel, see new places and meet new people. Hui Chang passed away in San Diego, California on February 24th, 2022. He is survived by his daughter Lorie, son Bill and grandson Maxwell as well as other family members in the United States and abroad.
His service will be held at Greenwood Memorial Park in San Diego, California on March 22, 2022 at 9:30am.
