Hung Ngoc Pham was born on October 1, 1952 in Vietnam to proud parents Phuong Thi Le and Cong Minh Cong. He passed away on January 1, 2021, peacefully in his own residence in San Diego, California at the age of 68.
He leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life his adoring wife Kim-Xuyen Thi Hong and his loving sister Tammy Clabby.
