Irene Vega Shields was born on Sunday, August 3, 1969 in San Diego, CA where she lived until 2010. Her parents were James and Carmen, and she was the 2nd of 2 children. She attended Castle Park High School and she earned her Associates Degree. After graduation she began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She also lived in San Jacinto, CA and she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Temecula. She had many special friends. Irene was out-spoken, loving, fighter, caring and friendly. Her most important event of her life was the birth of her son: Kenny Shields.
