acob Erickson Claiborn, a beloved son, friend, and member of the San Diego community, passed away on May 12, 2025. He was the cherished son of Sean Claiborne and Rosemarie Phillips. Jacob’s life was marked by his kindness, curiosity, and the deep connections he shared with those around him.
Jacob had an 11th-grade education, and while his time in this world was shorter than expected, he left a lasting impact on the people who knew him. His warmth and humor brought joy to many, and his presence will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving parents, Sean and Rosemarie, as well as family and friends who will forever hold his memory close. Jacob's life reminds us to appreciate every moment and cherish the relationships that make life meaningful.
A funeral service will be held to celebrate Jacob's life. Details will be shared with family and friends.
