James LeRoy Barnes' Obituary
Born and Raised in Mercer County, Missouri, Roy came to Jacumba in 1942, met and married his sweetheart, Leora Mae Blackwood and celebrated their 67 years together every day.Roy worked as a fireman and section foreman on the SD&AE railroad, retired from general dynamics and later retired from PureFlo Ice Company.He is preceded in death by his wife, 2 sons and a daughter. He will be greatly missed by his surviving daughter and son, Sharie and John, 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Roy loved and valued his family and his many faithful friends.
