James F. Jones Jr.James F. Jones Jr. was born on February 16th 1939 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to James and Johnnie. He celebrated his eternal sunrise on January 17th 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by his brother Ken, 8 children, 27 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his loving wife Edith, daughter Deneen , 3 sisters ; Elizabell, Ruby and Jewel and his brother Paul.James joined the United States Navy in 1958 where he served in Vietnam ,and was honorably discharged in 1962. He went on to have many careers , of which he spent over 30 years driving trucks. James was a very hard working man who’s work ethic and dedication was second to none. James was a baseball fan and loved traveling to San Diego to watch the Padres play. He always had a warm smile and a good sense of humor. James loved God and was a long time member of Shadow Hills Church in Las Vegas,and he was always willing to lend a hand and a prayer to anyone who needed it. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
