James Artis Smith's Obituary
James Artis Smith, age 85 of San Diego, California, passed away on December 23, 2018 in San Diego, CA. James was born on October 3, 1933 in Texas to the late Guy Smith and Marie Wash. He is survived by his son, Artis Smith, step-son, Luther Sweet, III, and step-daughter, Beathann Sweet. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 5, 2019 in the Salli Lynn Chapel of Greenwood Mortuary. The family has entrusted James’ final arrangements to Greenwood Mortuary and Crematory.
