Born on August 3, 1974, in San Diego, California, Jason lived a life marked by dedication, creativity, and love for his family.
Jason was a self-employed business owner who successfully along with his wife operated their own property management company. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Beyond his professional achievements, Jason had a passion for crafting jewelry and working on Hot-Rods.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Susana Dean, his Step son Rocky Binno, Daughter in-law Alexandra Pineda and six cherished grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life. Jason is also survived by his mother, Pamela Collier, Sister Michaela McLemore and Nephew Mikale Washington. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Dean, whose memory he held close to his heart.
Jason’s legacy lives on through the lives he touched with his kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
