Jason Alexander Wentt's Obituary
Jason Alexander Wentt, 44, native of San Diego, was granted his angel wings June 4, 2019. Although Jason’s life was cut short, he touched so many. Those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. After graduating from Samuel F.B. Morse High in 1992, he embarked on a journey of serving his country. Jason spent years in the Navy, and successfully settled at the Department of Defense. He was a football fanatic, die hard Raiders fan, & traitor to the Chargers.Jason had an infectious smile, quirky sense of humor, astounding sense of style, pride of a Lion, & unrelenting authenticity. He enjoyed working out, cooking, collecting DVDs, music, pizza, & spending time with family and friends. He was a phenomenal father, superb son & brother, amazing uncle, and loyal friend. He was a man who embodied the highest ethics. He said what he meant, and did what he said.We are all blessed to have known and loved him, and we are now granted a guardian angel. Gone from the physical but forever in our hearts. Jason is survived by his Daughters: Shayla Kamarey Wentt & Shayla McDermott, Mother: Suzanne L.
