Javier B. Lugo born on February 17, 1938 in Mexico to parents Jesus and Juanita Lugo entered into rest on Thursday October 10, 2019 in San Diego, California. A resident of San Diego for over 60 years. A respected and Loving son, brother, uncle, friend, husband and father. He worked as a Driver for a waste disposal company for over 15 years. He married his love Teresa Lugo and together raised a family of 6 children; Guadalupe Sanchez, Martha Garcia, Laura Valdez, Leticia Judd, Javier Lugo, Jr. and Alberto Lugo. Javier was also honored to have been able to share his life with 13 grandkids and 7 great grandkids. It is evident that he will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace.
