I worked with Jorge in La Costa for 8 years and what a wonderful man he was. I feel like he stopped and took the time to have a conversation with me nearly every day. We talked sports and he was always the first to ask about my kids and my family. Whenever I went through a tough time he always made the effort to help me have a better day whether it was a advice or just a friendly pat on the back. He meant so much to all who worked with him.
