Jose Carlos Palacios born on December 10, 1950 in Ensenada Baja California, Mexico to parents Adolfo Palacios and Graciela Vazquez Palacios entered into rest on February 9, 2020 in San Diego, California. A resident of San Diego for over 50 years. A respected and Loving son, brother, friend, uncle, husband, father and grandfather. He worked as a commercial fisherman. He married his love Irma Hilario Palacios and together raised a family of 5 children; Carlos Manuel Palacios, Cesar Roman Palacios, Hanzell Palacios, Andres Palacios and Maria Quintero. Jose Carlos was also honored to have been able to share his life with 11 grandkids; Claudette, Ivan, Isabella, Idalis, Isaak, Aliah, Andres, Abraham, Andrea, Adrian and Mariani. It is evident that he will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace.
