Jose E. Zaragoaza was born on November 16th, 1925 in the county of Mexico to his proud parents Donaciano Zaragoza and Sara Enciso. Jose was an accomplished landscaper for 12 years and resided in the county of San Diego for 45 years where he was married to his adoring wife, Emilia Garcia. Jose is survived by his spouse Emilia Zaragoza and his two sons Sergio Zaragoza and Armanda Zaragoza.
