JAYE,We were together through the real hard timesBut we were able to tough things outIn spite of the fates who continued to work against us.Our survival together was all because of you…..Your steadfast hand kept me striving to make a better life for the four of us.We lived in places that were like something out of the eighteenth centuryBut again, you soldiered on with me through trial after trial…..We climbed a thousand mountains together until the Asian Warstole the very essence of our lives. You still stood by me in the worst of times until that Asian Wars' mighty scythewas able to beat us into submission………….The days became years and the years dragged us into an abyss from which, recovery was an evanescent impossible afterthought…..We drifted apart when my days in the Army fell out from under my feetAnd when we drifted apart, everything in our lives came apartwith fierce disintegration………We were no longer the innocent four who thought the future belonged to us.Life moved on four distinctly separate spheres………..But I can still remember your loyalty, honesty, honor, trust, bravery, and reverence toward life……..And, when these tired old eyes finally look uponthe last days of my life on earthI'll think of you, a tower of strength, and remember the challenges,But most of all, I'll miss the good times we all had together……….In Loving Memory Forever,Phil
