Julie Manichanh Pisa was born on October 20, 1942 on Laos to proud parents Chanhti and Khamdee Sisavath. She passed away peacefully in her home in Lemon Grove, California on January 8, 2021 at the age of 78.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children: Deanna Phanakhon, Kristine Sinthavong, Paula Onephonesy, Ketthong Pisa, Thongphanh Pisa, Somdeth Pisa, Lae Pisa, Phim Pisa, Thongsouk Pisa; 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
