Leilani Lynn Weaver was called home to Heaven on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at the age of 59. Leilani was born on Saturday, March 18, 1961 in San Diego, CA to her proud parents Jack Howard Weaver and Katherine K. Kelepolo.
Leilani was a San Diego native who was so proud of her Hawaiian roots. She was very family oriented and loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her siblings, Nieces and Nephews and a host of family and friends who will cherish her memory forever.
