Leonor Guardado Perez's Obituary
Today we are celebrating the life of Leonor Perez born November 10th 1936, in Fresnillo Zacatecas. Born to parents Felipe & Maria de Jesus Guardado. She was born into a family of 10 siblings including herself. In her early age she assisted her father as a bookkeeper for their ranch, then moved on to work at a pharmacy. In her early 20’s, she and her siblings, moved to Tijuana to assist in raising her eldest brother’s 6 children. She started working in retail, which is where she met her lifelong friend, now Comadre; Socorro Macias. As she continued her career in retail at the age of 27, she met the love of her life Martin Perez. At age 29 she and Martin got married and started a new life together.
Together they established their home in San Diego and raised their family of 5 which included Martin Jr, Frank, John, Rene and Laura. She will be remembered and loved by her husband Martin children: Martin Jr, Rene and Laura and the late Frank and John, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 33 Godchildren.
