Liborio Moran Rayas' Obituary
Liborio Moran Rayas was born on July 23rd, 1931 in Autlan, Jal. Mexico. He was a Miner for precious metals for 30 years. He permanently moved into the San Diego, California area in 1999. Liborio passed away on April 30th, 2017 at Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, California. He was 85 years of age. His remains will be buried at a cemetery in Mexico in the future.
