Linda A. Taylor's Obituary
Linda Taylor, 79, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 14, 2018.Linda was born June 16, 1939, in Silvercreek, NY to Charles Williams and Alice Town. Linda loved to bowl, read, travel and spend lots of quality time with her significant other Jim. She was a huge fan of the San Diego Padres and always enjoyed attending games with Jim and watching EVERY game on TV. She was their #1 fan! She was always dressed to a “T” and had a designer handbag and matching shoes for every outfit in her closet. Linda cherished the times she gathered with her Family and challenged them to games of Yahtzee and spoiled them with her famous deviled eggs! She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.Survivors include her three adult children, George Van Valkenburg III and wife Diane Van Valkenburg, Daughter, Janet Hancock and husband Kevin Hancock, Daughter, Julie Millan and husband, Gary Millan. Seven Grandchildren, Steven Van Valkenburg, Sarah Van Valkenburg, Samantha Van Valkenburg, Jessica Adamson, Jordan Hancock, Justin Hancock and Casey Lee Millan; four great Grandsons, Dane and Jared Van Valkenburg and Jay and Jayson Adamson and the upcoming arrival of her first Great Granddaughter Hazel Paige Van Gorden and her wonderful significant other Jim Coulsby.There will be a Viewing and a Chapel Service at Greenwood on September 22nd, 2018.
