To the Knapp family; I am deeply sorry for your loss. Mr. Knapp was such a kind, giving , and gracious person to me. He helped me with my courses in Real Estate when I wasn't sure what I was doing or where to go for help. He seemed to know everything and everyone! He had such patience with me and our class. I so enjoyed his classes. I believe I took 5 or 6 with him and now regret not making time to take one more? While in his classes he would share stories about his family; his wife , children , grandchildren and great granddaughter which made me and the class feel as though we were part of his family. About two years ago he had mentioned that his family had given him and his wife tickets to see Tony Bennett and how much he enjoyed the concert. You could see the twinkle in his eye and that cute way his nose would wrinkle when he smiled as he shared how much he enjoyed his time with his wife during the concert. Please know that he is in the arms of our heavenly father , I have no doubt. And that he touched and will be missed by so many. Mr. Knapp,I was shocked and saddened to learn that you are no longer with us. I miss you very much as I always felt that I had a friend in you. You made me feel that I could reach out to you for advice when I needed it. You ALWAYS listened. You were a father figure to me, a friend, a mentor and a hero. Someone that I would think of over the years and would try to emulate when I wasn't sure how to handle certain stressors in life. I hope that we will meet again some day, my friend. May God continue to bless you and your family.Your friend,Barbara
