Luis Alberto Arroyo, a California native, was born on October 19, 1982 to his proud mother Concepcion Arroyo Garcia. He passed away on July 26, 2021 in San Diego, California at the age of 38.
Luis enjoyed making his family laugh, smile, big family events such as birthday parties, Quinceanera, weddings and spending time with all his siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews. He resided in the community of Emerald Hills, San Diego for 38 years.
Luis leaves to cherish his memory with his two children: Alonso Gonzalez Arroyo and Luis Alberto Gonzalez Arroyo and His Granddaughter Wendy Gonzalez Arroyo. As well as his loving Aunt and Uncle who raised him Maria Esther Arroyo de Rodriguez and Ramon Arroyo Garcia. siblings/cousins: Francisco Javier Rodriguez, Lupita Motta, and Maria Rosalia Caliver. As well as lots of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. You will be forever missed Glory to God in Heaven.
