Lydia Heredia Rembao was born on December 29, 1938 and passed away on May 19, 2016. Lydia was born to Luis and Rosa Heredia. She was married to Carlos “Lupe” Rembao on July 20, 1960. Lydia is survived by her husband Carlos “Lupe” Rembao of 55 years, Son; Carlos Heredia Rembao, Grandchildren; Carlos J. Rembao, Cynthia Rembao, Arturo Chavez, Sonya Chavez, Anthony Santos and 15 great grandchildren, Siblings; Molly Sanchez , Oceanside CA, Terri Arce, San Diego CA, Rudy Heredia , Calexico CA, Nicholas Jose Heredia , El Centro CA. Lydia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother she loved spending time with her family and friends. Everyone enjoyed Lydia’s company and most of all her cooking! Lydia retired from the San Diego City School District of over 30 years as an Instructional Aide. She made an impact on several of her student’s lives. She will mostly be remembered by many as “Nana Rembao” for her generosity and kindness which she extended to anyone she met.
