Mamerto Lacsina Sablan fondly referred to as “Tek” or “Mert” was a very loving Husband, a caring-diligent Father, a godly Uncle and Grandfather, and a cheerful friend to many. He was born on October 17, 1931 in the province of Pa Read Obituary

Can't think of any time when bro. Sablan didn't have a smile and a cheerful word to say. His smile, his love of God, and his unique dance before the Lord will surely be missed. Heaven, now, is graced with all these gifts.
Bro Sablan was an inspiration to our entire congregation with hiis woship to the Lord, and demonstration in the dance. His love for Sis Erlinda and tender care for her was so exemplary. Special to me was his care for Son Dino, who inherited his care-giver spirit. I will miss him so much.
Our hearts go out to all the family. We will love you all forever. When such memories are created, one is never gone.

This is my most fondest memory of Uncle Tek spontaneously breaking out from family while on our way to car to leave, and he started dancing to the live band playing at my church festival! This was in 2019.
Condolences to the family, our prayers are with you during this time of sorrow.

I will hold a lot of memories of Uncle Tek in my heart. He's not only an uncle to me but as my second dad as well. I felt his love and concern to me when I was in a health crisis in 2020.
I remember Uncle Tek as always smiling. He was also very appreciative to our family whenever we would visit him. One of my fondest memories is seeing Uncle Tek dance by himself while a live band was playing at our church in 2019. He was in his “zone” and everyone who saw him loved it! Another memory is the visitations to my beloved moms nursing home from 2001-2003 a uncle a Tek and his wife auntie linda and son Dino would sing to the residents and read scripture and pray . I am forever grateful for their ministry. Rest In Peace, Uncle Tek and pray for us all on earth!
I will always remember uncle Tek's warmth and he always sits me on his lap whenever we visited him and auntie Linda in Project 3, Q.C. when I was young and not to forget on how he speaks to me in pure kapampangan.
I will always remember his kindness and smile .
Good night and see you in the blessed morning until Jesus comes.
Love,
