A true native resident of San Diego for 61 years. A respected and Loving son, brother, friend, uncle and husband. Manuel was challenged in life, disability,. However, this did not stop him from being a dedicated person with everyone he encountered and in anything he set to do. Manuel had no children but he accepted his nephews and nieces as they were kids of his own. Manuel was also honored to have been able to share his life with a host of friends. It is evident that he will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace.
