Margarita Valencia Barragan was born on April 28, 1942 to Ignacia Valencia and Natividad Zaragoza, as a native of Cotija, Mexico she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She later relocated to San Diego, CA where she spend most of her time taking care of her three children and grandchildren. Her family meant the world to her and she meant the world to her family. She is already greatly missed and to cherish her memory are her children, grandchildren and great children. Her Life and Legacy lives on through them all. God called her home into eternal rest on October 20, 2023. May she Forever rest in Love and Peace.
