Martha Sotelo Serrano's Obituary
Martha S. Serrano was called home to Heaven on February 20, 2023. She passed away at her home in National City, surrounded by her loved ones. Martha was born on January 30, 1947, in Mexico, to her loving parents Manuel Sotelo and Micaela Ruelas.
Martha spent the last 54 years living in San Diego county, where she proudly raised her children. She loved spending time with her family. Martha is survived by her two children Karina Serrano Perez and Raul Martin Serrano, her grandchildren; Mateo L. Perez and Isabela K. Perez along with a host of family and friends who all loved her dearly and will miss her very much.
