Martin Calderon Diaz's Obituary
Born on Feb. 4th, 1955 in Cuitzeo, Michoacan, MX. His family later moved to Guanajuato, MX where he lived during his early teen years. He was one of eight children born to Enrique Calderon and Angela Diaz.
While Martin loved school, and hoped to continue his education, he was forced to drop out of grade school in order to help support his family.
He worked as migrant worker up and down the CA central valley during his initial years in the United States. He later settled in San Diego where he went on to work at grocery store chains that included; AlphaBeta, Lucky's, Albertsons, and Vons around the San Diego area. He worked over 30+ years prior to retiring. He lived most of his life in San Diego where he met, and married his wife, Francisca. He was married to Francisca for 38 years, and raised four children with her. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, where he got married, and later attended services with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Francisca, his sons Martin and George, and his daughters Angela and Jessica
His family will forever remember him as a caring, and wonderful father and husband; who always put his loved ones first and foremost.
