I think about Martin often and tell people about him. Usually due to the impact of how he expressed a desire for friendship . He made me feel like I was number one. I waited for it to not be real but it was real. I doubt anyone could ever surpass him. What also made Martin truly amazing was his ability to forgive me when I was out of line. It took a few times but he eventually accept my apologies. Martin valued loyalty and that was the key to our friendship. We kept in contact often just to touch base and he became like family to a degree. His death was very painful to me and I only knew him a year. I felt like we had a lot more to say to each other. After his death I was constantly reminded about him. Sunglasses we traded or a breath mint he handed me LOL. Martin loved his family. Family was priority because his family gave him a lot of love. My favorite thing about Martin was his voice. He was not a big guy but he did have a big voice. I enjoyed reading these memories that all have shared. I am so sorry for your loss. May Martin's memory be a blessing.
