Martin R. Lapisch's Obituary
Martin Lapisch, 44, passed away in a car accident on April 17, 2018 in San Diego, CA. Martin was born on 5th January 1974 in Poland to Anna and Heinrich Lapisch. Martin was raised in Germany, where he obtained his Master’s degree in Business Economics from University of Wuppertal (Germany) in 2002. He moved to the USA in 2003 and continued his education. In 2010 he graduated from SDSU with a Master’s degree in Accountancy. He was currently employed as a Global Assistant Controller at Anaergia Inc. in Carlsbad, CA.Martin achieved many goals in his career and life, but he continued to set new goals. Even though his career in business, finance and accounting was extensive, Martin had wide-ranging interests outside of work. He enjoyed exercising and believed in living a healthy lifestyle. He also enjoyed soccer in his free time and was a big fan of Borussia Dortmund and the German national team.Martin’s intelligence, commitment, perseverance, creativity, and compassion made him a loving person to his family and friends. He is survived by his son, parents, sister and wife. Martin left us too soon and will never be forgotten. We all love and miss him and he will forever remain in our hearts.
