Grandma Mary was my favorite, I’m sure she would be annoyed at me for calling her cute but she really was adorable. I admired how feisty she was, I can still hear her calling for Rina when she needed something done properly. :) I’m so lucky to have met her and to have been part of her family.
Mary Rose absolutely adored caring for dogs, treating them like they were her children and feeding them treats every chance she could get.
She thrilled and sharing her daughters passion for the care and welfare of all dogs.
In this picture her daughter Rina is reading a story to her about the rescue of a dog and how happy the dog was to find a new home.
Mary smiled and her heart grew big when she knew that her dog found a loving home.
Muffin found her way into Mary’s life as a small dog and ever since that day became a vigilant guardian, sleeping with Mary every night, sitting watch outside of the bathroom, and always keeping an eye on her.
My heart and prayers for joy and blessings go out to both her daughter Rina who stood by her side for so many decades and that little muffin would find peace take on the new opportunity of watching over Rina.
