Mary Ann Hartman Harrold
September 23, 1944 – April 5, 2024
On April 5, 2024, Mary Ann (Hartman) Harrold, loving wife of Retired Battalion Chief Richard J. Harrold, Jr. of the CVFD, peacefully passed from this life surrounded by her family, friends and caregivers, at 79 years of age. Mary Ann and Jay were married for 62 years.
Mary Ann was the oldest child of four siblings born to Clarence J. Hartman Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Days) Hartman. She was the big sister to Ruth Duggan (Leonard Duggan, deceased) of Danville, CA; Clarence, Jr (Joy, deceased), of Sterling, Michigan; and Michael (Dana) of Bonita, CA.
Mary Ann and Jay were the parents of Christopher (Debbie Hall) and Cheri. She was a loving cousin, aunt, great-aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother to many.
