Maxine Baxter's Obituary
Maxine Baxter was born May, 12th 1927 in the beautiful state of Louisiana to her proud parents James Youngblood and Lula Reed. Maxine was a devoted home maker for 10 years where she took care of her loving family. Maxine was a well known woman throughout San Diego for 73 years in the county where she proudly served her community. Maxine is survived by Frances Story, Dories Frazier, and Rochelle Baxter.
