She was born in Guangdong, China to Bing Fong Jeong and Yee Oi Kwan on May 8, 1937. She spent most of her working years behind the counter at the Sun Cafe before retiring and spending time with her loving husband, Chong Gin Fong. She is survived by her brother, Ming, and four nieces: Susan, Judy, Lisa and Mary.Rest in peace and may she be reunited with her husband, Chong.
