Merced Ruiz was born on October 10, 1923 in Chihuahua, Mexico to proud parents, Francisca Pacheco and Blas Ruiz. She passed away on December 14, 2021 in her residence in San Diego, California at the age of 98.
Merced leaves to cherish her memory her five children: Juana Franco, Maria Haros, Maria Guadalupe Franco, Teresita Coney and Aurelia Garcia; 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchildren.
