Metzie Thompson

I was never officially introduced to "Metzie"…..But, she always spoke to me and my children when we met at the grocery store over the past 40 years…..Always with a smile and a kind, funny greeting…..I last saw her at the Care Facility on Campo Road…..Still smiling, still ready with a kind word…..Although I was not counted among her friends, I loved her and will miss her……Thank you for the glimpse into her life….It makes me happy to know she had a wonderful family and was loved so much……

Metzie,joan Michelson and I were known as the three mousekateers in the 60's. I will always remember her beautiul singing voice and her crazy sense of humor. Now she is with her beloved Morgan and I know they will have those in heaven laughing. condolences to Martin, Mitchell and Matthew.

I'm so sorry to hear of Metzie's passing. I have only in the last 5 or 6 years gotten to know her through her son Martin. She was a very caring and loving woman. She will be sincerely missed. My heart goes out to her family, especially Martin who loved her very much. She will be missed.
