Michael was truly a special talented soul .I was friends with him through our joy of poetry ..I wish I'd kept in touch with him more often.
Michael was my best friend. We talked everyday, sometimes two to three times a day, for over 21 years. He was a great friend. I miss him
I remember having lots of fun times with him. He knew how to have fun!!! Whether we played games on PlayStation, watched movies at the theaters or ate Yoshinoya! I never ever thought I’d like that kind of food, and I do! I always wondered where I got it from. His loving spirit lives on, rest in paradise cousin!
If darkness fell, he would look up at the sky and start naming stars and constellations. He would start off by saying “did you know?….” He took such pleasure in sharing his knowledge with me. Miss you cousin, Michael
Michael was such a caring sweet friend and wonderful poet...I was fortunate to have met him on the original poetry site.
I met Michael on Paltalk 4-5 years back. I live in Ohio and we were friends by phone. Michael was one of few people who liked to talk about Jesus and his word. Im trusting to spend time with him again in the kingdom of Heaven. Mike Gibson
Michael and I were first cousins, loners and “lonely”. Like clock work we’d call each other every three weeks or so and when I’d answer I’d always say “hey, that’s Michael Michalas!” He’d say “why yes it is Michael Michalas”! Both phrases said in an inside joke voice we used only in the greeting. I’m going to miss that.
Michale and I had awesome talks about God and relationships and family and he told me about his family here in Texas he didn’t know he had up here. There were talks of him possibly moving here to Texas to get to know his other family and get to know me better.
