Aunt Millie was my Mom's cousin and best friend. She was always someone I enjoyed talking with whether sharing good tidings or bad. Her warmth and generosity always impressed me. Aunt Millie was always a part of my life whether in person or on the telephone. She was at our house or family parties with a big smile that was as bright as her red hair. My mom Edith and Aunt Mille shared a special relationship growing up in Brooklyn with both tears and laughter.
