Nora Cihouski's Obituary
Nora Cihouski was born on October 30th, 1926 in Clinton, Oklahoma to her proud parents, John Ransom and Lela Maude Kerns. During Noras childhood, she moved from Oklahoma to New Mexico and then finally to San Diego, California where she resided and owned several different businesses for the next 78 years of her life. She met the love of her life, Joseph Cihouski or as most knew him “Ski”, with whom she spent many beautiful years and from their loving union grew a family of 4 children. Upon the dawning of Saturday, February 24th, Nora passed away peacefully at home at the age of 91 and began her new journey. She now joins her husband, Joseph Cihouski and her son John Harrison Cihouski who had both predeceased her. She is survived by her 3 children, Jo Zukovich, Iris June Jordan, David Andrew Cihouski and many grand and great grand children. Nora will be dearly missed by her family and friends.A service will be held for Nora on Monday, March 5th at 1:00 pm in Greenwoods Chapel of the Last Supper, located in the Bible Mausoleum.
