Norma and I worked together in Human Resources. She was the work comp coordinator and oversaw it on behalf of the company. During our weekly reports, when it was time for Norma to make her report, it seemed that the entire staff would hold their breath, waiting for her to begin. Because when she started, nearly the first thing she would say in a truly melodious fashion, "And thennnnnnnn," We loved it!!
Norma was such a warm and welcoming person. I cherish the times that I was blessed to be in her company. I didn't see her much after she retired, and I only spoke to her briefly about a month ago. But just knowing she was only a phone call away was reassuring. She will be missed.

Norma and I worked in Human Resources, and when it was time for her to make her report in staff meetings, she often started it off with, "And thennnnn." It was a melodious way she often had when expressing herself. I think everyone looked forward to her report! Norma was a wonderful and warm person, and a delight to be around. I'll miss her terribly.
