Olegaria Martinez was born in Tepic Nay, Mexico on February 20th, 1961 to Francisco Gamboa and Amelia Ramirez. Olegaria was the first of her siblings in the family. She was primarily a homemaker for her family for 28 years, making sure her husband and beautiful children had everything they needed in their home in Chula Vista. Her family states that Olegaria was a loving wife, and a wonderful mother. She loved spending time with her family and talking about them. Her favorite band was Banda.Olegaria unfortunately passed away at age 56 on May 15th, 2017 in Chula Vista, California. She is survived by many family members, including her husband, Alberto; her three sons, Luis, Alejandro, and Juan Martinez; and her mother, Amelia Ramirez.The family had a Viewing on Monday, May 22nd, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in Greenwood’s Garden Chapel. There was a Funeral Mass the following day on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017 at 10am in the same chapel, located at 4300 Imperial Avenue, San Diego, California 92113.
