Paul Chokben was born in Xayaburi, Laos on July 14, 1955 to proud parents Kaisone Simavan and Thuc Chokbengboun. He passed away in Escondido, California on February 16, 2020-1 at the age of 65.
Paul leaves to cherish his memory and carry on his legacy his adoring wife Sis Chokben, his loving children: Vilayphone (Jeremy) Fixsen, Aleen (Ryan) McMillan; grandchildren: Rylan, Blakely, and Ella.
