On July 14th, Penny Rock rejoined her heavenly family and gained her wings.
Penny was a compassionate spirit whose passion was caring for others. She was a stay at home mom and was licensed cosmetologist. She chose to be at home with her family.
Penny is survived by her oldest son John Whitehead and her youngest son Gerald Whitehead. Her funeral will be a private ceremony for family members and close friends.
