Phineas Page Nelson, Jr., a San Diego, California native, was born on December 7, 1935 to proud parents Phyllis Ann Taylor and Phineas Page Nelson, Sr. He proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Phineas passed away peacefully in his residence in Lakeside, California on May 25, 2021 at the age of 85. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter: Sheila Pinto.
