Alberto was a crewmember on the USS Sea Fox (SS-402), USS Perch (SS-313), USS Tunny (SS-282), USS Blackfin (SS-322), USS Gudgeon (SS-567), the guided missile destroyer USS Perkeley (DDG-15) and the destroyer tender USS Prairie (AD-15). To our Brother of the Phin we say, “Sailor, rest your oar.
