Michelle Rachel Anne Moore Freitas April 28, 1954 ~ April 8, 2019Rachel Freitas passed away at the age of 64 in San Diego, California on April 8th, 2019. She was born on April 28th, 1954 in California to her mother Shirley Fay. Rachel was a wonderful homemaker and business owner. She spent 12 years working in in the Party Rental industry.
