Ramon "Raffy" Gonzales Rafanan was born on September 28, 1931 in the Philippines to proud parents Olympia Concepcion Gonzales and Francisco Rafanan. He passed away peacefully in his residence in San Diego, California on July 2, 2021 at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his daughter Wilma Rafanan Evangelista
Ramon leaves to cherish his memory his adoring spouse: Erlinda Rafanan; Children: Jaime Rafanan, Priscilla Rafanan Alonzo, Nell Ernest Balaoing and Michael Francis Rafanan; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
