Ramon Romero's Obituary
Ramon Romero was born in Tijuana, B.C. Mex. to Daniel Romero and Viviana Gomez on January 22, 1941. Mother and father are deceased. Still living are five sisters (Aida, Antonia, Berta, Gloria and Yolanda) plus nieces and nephews. His only brother, Daniel, passed away many years ago.Ramon met his wife (Juanita) in 1970 while both were working in the kitchen at Los Angeles Athletic Club. Married March 18, 1971. Married for 46 ½ years and together had one son, Hector Romero, now married and living in Arizona. No grandchildren. Lived in San Diego since 1973. Was a member of El Buen Samaritano church in National City. Served the Lord by cooking his favorite dishes which many enjoyed. He also was the church’s photographer which was a hobby he also loved.Ramon’s passion was cooking and he was a very good cook. He also had a passion for gardening and did that as a hobby. He loved his garden. Another hobby which he was good at was photography. His profession was refinishing cars and worked for many years as a car refinisher at several auto shops.Ramon was an amazing husband and father and will be missed very much.
