Raymond Arthur Neal III, born in El Cajon California on August 27, 1965, to parents Raymond Arthur Neal II and LaRee Neal entered into rest on July 27, 2023, in San Diego, California. A true native of San Diego County for 57 years. He was the last of 4 children. He attended Granite Hills High School. He lived in El Cajon most of his life. He married Ethel Neal on September 1, 1995. She predeceased him January 17, 2019. Raymond Arthur, a real loving, compassionate, patient, strong man. He lived his life with integrity. He loved working on cars and listening to his favorite band, Metalica. He became a father to 3 boys: Jacob, Kyle and Tyler. Raymond Arthur was also honored to share his life with his 8 grandchildren: Jadyn, Aaron, Audrie, Kinsley, Allison, Victoria, Tyler Joseph Jr., and Kelsey. He is also survived by his sisters: Anne Micalizzi Neal, Barbara Burkett and Renee Neal.
Raymond Arthur will be greatly missed yet not forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace.
